Climate
The climate in Italy is temperate with some regional fluctuations. During summer, northern part of Italy is warm accompanied by occasional showers, central pat of Italy is humid, and the southern part of Italy is hot and dry.

During winter, the north Italy is cold, foggy and damp, central Italy is freezing cold, and the south Italy is mild. In the Alps, snowfall can start from mid-September and winters here are long and cold.
