Climate
The climate of Jamaica is tropical with temperature being warm to hot all the year round, though it is cooler in the higher and central areas. The rainy season prevails from May to November. September and October are the months of heaviest rains and the hurricane season runs from June to November.

The main international airports to land in Jamaica are Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) (Kingston) and Sangster International Airport (MBJ) (Montego Bay).
